Right of withdrawal
Two simple steps to return an unwanted product to us and obtain a refund.
1. Notify us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement. You may use the downloadable form, but using it is optional.
2. Return the carefully packaged goods within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. To help identify the order, please include the order reference or a copy of the invoice. The returns address is:

Important information
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods or, where multiple goods are received at different times, of receiving the last item. The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires. Withdrawal may also be notified between conclusion of the contract and receipt of the goods. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal; this deadline is met if you dispatch them before the period expires.
We will refund the amount paid without delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of withdrawal, including the least expensive standard delivery charge. We will not refund additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or credible evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement is made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method; you will incur no additional cost as a result. For cash-on-delivery or cash payments, we use bank transfer only with your express agreement.
You bear the cost of returning the goods. We cannot accept parcels returned cash on delivery.
You are liable for any diminished value resulting from use beyond the handling necessary to try the goods. Please return the complete goods in undamaged packaging where possible.

We handle the exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The right of withdrawal is granted to natural persons acting outside their trade, profession or business (consumers).
